  • Students need to register online on [http://www.pprc.in/Events]in order to participate in the event. The competition will be open for registration from [11:00 AM] on [Monday 1st February 2016]. The deadline for registering will be [12:00 AM] on [10th March 2016].

 

  • The Participants need to pay INR 100 as a participation fee at the venue.

 

  • The participants must present their valid College ID and a letter from the college during the time of reporting at the venue.

 

  • The participants will be provided free accommodation facility on 19th & 20th March 2016. The event will start at 11 am on 19th March 2016 and will get over by 12 pm on 21st March 2016

 

  •  Participants are not allowed to stay outside the designated accommodation allotted to them. Accommodation will be provided on triple sharing basis.

 

  • No reimbursement(s) whatsoever will be given to the participants in any case.

 

  •  The participants are expected to come prepared and having done a background study of the topics given to them for discussion.

 

  • The final draft policy document prepared on the basis of the discussion will be a property of PPRC.

 

  • By registering for the event, the participants hereby warrant that all information submitted by him/her is true, current and complete. Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify the eligibility and profile of the participants.

 

  • Participants will need to make their own travel arrangements from college to venue and from Venue to college post completion of event.

 

  • In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, result and all other matters relating to the competition, the decision of the Organizing Committee will be final and participants are expected to adhere to the decision.

 

  • The essays can be written either in Hindi or English.

 

  • Only candidates in the age group of 17-29 can participate in the event.

 

  • Participants should reach venue by 10 am, 19th March.

 

  • Candidate outside of any college can also register and participate in the event, if shortlisted.
