Nikhil Kumar is working the head of operations and strategic planning at Public Policy Research Centre. He has holds a B Tech in Electronics & Communication.
A technical professional, he worked extensively on several political assignments including the Delhi Assembly elections 2015, MCD election 2017, and importantly General Election 2014 & 19.
An active member of the BJP, Mr Nikhil engaged in various social & political data management assignments under several political leaders. He represented India as a part of Youth Delegation to Russian Republic.

Vidushi Sahani is a Senior Research Fellow at PPRC. She has done her Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice Administration from Madras University and obtained her BA (Hons.) in Journalism from Delhi University.
She has worked as a researcher for a University Grants Commission sponsored nationwide study on Cyber Crime. She has also been engaged with www.Livelaw.in as a legal correspondent . She has had training in forensic psychological assessment from CFSL-CBI and later served as a Scientific Officer at Truth Labs, Delhi. Her core areas of interest are policy issues related to crime prevention, internal security and working of the criminal justice system.

Rutwik is a Senior Research Fellow at PPRC. He has done his engineering from Osmania University. He's also awarded a Graduate Diploma in Social Sciences from the University of London.
He's worked for over two years wih the public sector in the rural insurance domain. He's also volunteered with multiple agencies including UNDP-Kenya. his interested policy areas including Agriculture, Security, Health and the larger issues related to Good Governance. Avni is a Senior Research Fellow at PPRC. She has perused Masters in Political Science from Panjab University, Chandigarh and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
While perusing Masters, actively worked as a Social Survey Researcher for Exit Poll Survey for Punjab Assembly Election 2012. She was voluntarily associated with the Sajal Foundation for managing projects such as Skills on Wheels (SOW) for rural areas.
Key areas of interest -International Relations, Indian Foreign Policy, Diplomacy, Defence, Health, Rural Development, Environment and larger issues of Good Governance.
