Nikhil Kumar

Nikhil Kumar is working the head of operations and strategic planning at Public Policy Research Centre. He has holds a B Tech in Electronics & Communication and Master in Political Science. 

A technical professional, he worked extensively on several political assignments including the Delhi Assembly elections 2015, MCD election 2017, and importantly General Election 2014 & 19.

An active member of the BJP, Mr Nikhil engaged in various social & political data management assignments under several political leaders. He represented India as a part of Youth Delegation to Russian Republic.

Dr. Chandni Sengupta

Dr. Chandni Sengupta is a Research Supervisor at PPRC. Former Assistant Professor, Amity University Haryana, she holds a PhD degree in History from IGNOU, New Delhi.

Dr. Sengupta holds a Master’s degree in History from the University of Delhi and she did her BA (Hons) History from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, New Delhi. She also holds a PG Diploma in Folklore and Culture Studies from IGNOU, New Delhi. She is the author of the forthcoming book Reclaiming Our Temples: Episodes from an Oppressive Era, being published by Garuda Prakashan.

In her professional career spanning over a decade, she has worked with two leading non-governmental organizations in Delhi—Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). She has a number of academic publications in reputed national and international journals to her credit. Dr. Sengupta has presented her works at many conferences and seminars across the country, and has also been an invited speaker at numerous forums.

 

Avni Sablok

Avni is a Senior Research Fellow at PPRC. She has perused Masters in Political Science from Panjab University, Chandigarh and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.

While perusing Masters, actively worked as a Social Survey Researcher for Exit Poll Survey for Punjab Assembly Election 2012. She was voluntarily associated with the Sajal Foundation for managing projects such as Skills on Wheels (SOW) for rural areas.

Key areas of interest -International Relations, Indian Foreign Policy, Diplomacy, Defence, Health, Rural Development, Environment and larger issues of Good Governance.

Sparsh Kumar

Sparsh Kumar is a Junior Research Fellow at PPRC since July 2020. He holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies from Ambedkar University Delhi and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Hons) from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. His interest areas include current affairs, politics, international relations, and development schemes.

 

Deepa Kaushik

Deepa Kaushik is currently working as Junior Research Fellow at PPRC. She has a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication from Delhi University and Masters in Advertising and Public Relations from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar. 

She has also worked with Indian Council of Social Science Research on projects related to retail industries. Her interest areas include media, education, gender, and development studies. She is skilled at data analysis and qualitative research.

 

Bhavya Sachdeva

Bhavya Sachdeva is a Junior Research Fellow at PPRC. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Women Empowerment and Development from IGNOU. Her core areas of interest include policy issues related to education and its impact on the marginalized sections, promotion and outspread of women empowerment, and bridging the gaps between the policies and its implementation.
