Dhruv Dubey

Research Coordinator

Dhruv Dubey is a communication strategist and research professional with over a decade of experience in political consulting, public policy, media, and digital marketing. As the Research Coordinator at Public Policy Research Centre (PPRC), he oversees the organisation's research projects and its overall operations. 

 
Previously, Dhruv served as a Communication Consultant at the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), working in areas such as communication strategy, media management and crisis communication. He has also worked closely with senior political leaders in Delhi, advising them on public relations, digital outreach and electoral campaigns.
 
Beyond the political and governance sphere, Dhruv has extensive experience in corporate communications, having worked with multiple businesses, startups and brands on digital marketing, content strategy and brand positioning. 
 
His passion lies in leveraging data-driven insights to shape narratives, drive engagement and contribute to impactful policymaking.

Akriti Kumari is a Political Science graduate with a Master’s in Political Science and International Relations, driven by a strong interest in understanding global dynamics and contributing to policy development. With hands-on experience as a Policy Research Intern at NITI TANTRA, Akriti has been able to engage in policy research and analysis, gaining valuable insights into the practical aspects of governance. Currently, as a Junior Research Fellow at the Public Policy Research Centre (PPRC) in Delhi, Akriti actively contributes to research focused on key public policy issues. With a deep passion for policy analysis, governance, and international relations, Akriti is committed to conducting research that influences meaningful change in these fields.

Anisha Sharma holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, with a deep passion for understanding global dynamics and contributing to policy development. She has gained valuable experience through her internship at the United Service Institution of India, and she currently works as a Junior Research Fellow at the Public Policy Research Centre (PPRC) in New Delhi. Her professional interests span policy analysis, governance, diplomacy, and international affairs.
